Stay beyond my expectations
My family was staying in the Coast Osoyoos Beach Hotel for 6 days. We’re very satisfied with everything, staff, room with kitchenette, beautiful surroundings with mountains, lake, beach… Even breakfasts were good enough for our pretty long stay
Best vacation ever!!!
The hotel staff kept in touch with us through tour journey up to Osoyoos and the the staff once we got in were ready for us and had our keys and rooms we reserved ready for us. They were always asking if we needed anything and Leo one of the owners and his wife Irene were always in there with the staff working just as hard as the staff. The clean beach every morning and raked the decks swept every day . It you are a germo phobic then this is the place for you.
Breakfast very disappointing. No eggs no tables. For what we paid so disappointing!! We spent over $600 for one night for two rooms. That we could not all get breakfast so disappointing. Service terrible
We travel all the time worst breakfast service. Not enough parking
Different sections of the hotel
The section of the hotel facing the parking lot is below average with motel style rooms, small and unpleasant. I wasn’t informed when I booked that this is the room I will be getting and it is almost the same price as the more spacious, nicer looking, lake facing rooms.
Room not ready- loud and overpowering cleaner
We were really looking forward to this hotel- a special stop on the way to Victoria to check out Osoyoos. As soon as we got here we knew it was trouble. Lobby full of unhappy guests. Sent to the beach to wait for our room which we could see basically aligned with the highway. When we did get in 45 mins after check in, We found our king suite dated, tiny, stuffy and loud with road noise. “Upgraded” to the hospitality suite for 360$ to get away from highway. The smell of cleaning supplies was nauseating and my husband stayed up all night sneezing so no one slept. It was awful.
