Hotel location is great as it is off the Trans Canada and located in downtown which is quieter. Easy to find. Staff are friendly and prompt. Rooms were clean and all was in good working order. Parking was convenient.
There is not enough word to describe this hotel,. It is so clean and the staff were very friendly. The price is outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone we know.

Wonderful hotel Great value
Beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. 50′ TV. Bidet with warmed toilet seat. Secure– had to use room key in elevator. Great location. Traveling from US so didn’t have Canadian currency for soda machine, but was able to get sodas from bar to take to room.

Don’t judge this by its exerior.
This hotel looks like a communist hospital, but prepare to be transported into modernism on the interior. My room was a King on the top floor and I was so impressed at the spaciousness of it. It overlooked the lagoon, which had a sort of Monet quality to it with its abundance of lily pads. The staff were engaging and courteous: they will go out of their way to make your experience excellent. I can honestly say, this hotel will surprise you.
Room with a view
We reserved well in advance, but were given a room overlooking the parking lot. We asked to be changed to the back of the building. The view of the park was absolutely beautiful, thanks especially to the room’s big windows. The room was large, comfortable and modern. We loved it! The same can be said for the hotel lobby. Unfortunately, the food in the restaurant and lounge is limited and not very good, while the wine and staff are very good! We ate there several times as a convenience. But a cautionary note to those allergic to shrimp — don’t have the crab cakes. I would definitely stay at Coast Chilliwack again…and hope for a change in menu.
